Starting from modest origins as a plasterer, Kevin established Latopia in 2017. Throughout this period, Kevin has guided the company's evolution to its current structure. He has served as State Advisory Committee in Victoria of the AWCI currently and remains engaged with suppliers and industry organizations to further advance and improve the sector. Additionally, Kevin is actively involved in training new employees and mentoring our division leaders.

With over 26 years of experience in the building and construction industry — including the past 10 years as a Commercial Construction Auditor — I bring a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial sectors. I’ve worked with some of the largest commercial construction companies in Australia, ensuring project compliance, cost control, and quality standards across complex builds. My roots in residential construction have given me hands-on expertise that informs every audit and decision, making me a trusted advisor across all stages of the build process. Recognised for a sharp eye for detail, strong industry knowledge, and a results-driven approach.
